Nuisance Property

The City may take action against a property when it poses an unreasonable threat to health or safety, or causes an unreasonable interference with the surrounding neighbors' ability to enjoy their own property. Action taken may include abatement action. This action holds the Owner of the property accountable for resolving the issues presented.

Properties are not generally declared a nuisance without documentation of repetitive infractions.
