The RiverCenter Ramp, located at 102 E 2nd St, is connected to the RiverCenter Skywalk and is conveniently located just south of amenities such as the RiverCenter and the Adler Theatre. 

Short Term Parking - Pay at Pay Stations Located in Ramp, or use the Parkmobile App

Short term parking is pre-pay.  There is not a booth attendant. You will need to have your license plate # handy to pay with the app or at the pay station.

Hourly/Daily - $1 for two hours, $2 for four hours; $3 for six hours, $4 for eight hours and $5 for twelve hours, Maximum Daily Rate is $10

Park for free in the ramps on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Long Term Parking - Apply for a Parking Permit Online or In Person

Monthly Signed Space - $105, Plus $30 Setup Fee for Sign

Monthly Unsigned/Unassigned Space - $65  per Month per Ramp

Monthly Downtown Residents - $40 per Month per Ramp - all are unsigned/unassigned

Parking Without Payment - Ticket Fee $30 per Calendar Day the violation exists
