Fairmount Community Center is a multi-purpose facility located at 2980 North Fairmount Street. The facility was built in 2024 and is adjacent to the Davenport Public Library Fairmount Branch.

Reservations
Capacity is 100 with tables and chairs for 60. 

Reservations are accepted 365 days in advance but should be made at least 30 days ahead of your special event. You can submit a reservation request online that will temporarily hold a pending date and time for your event. Then, you can finalize your reservation in-person at Fairmount Community Center or at at The River's Edge at 700 W River Dr. in Davenport.  

FCC Amenities:
Small gymnasium with tables (20-60" round tables), chairs (approx. 60), service kitchen/counter and access to restrooms.

Fees:
$100 refundable deposit paid at time of reservation
Friday-Sunday: 4 hour minimum $160 ($40/additional hour)
